About Bo and who writes these guides
Bo is built by Melvin Morina, an independent iOS developer. There is no company behind it and no medical board — which is exactly why every pharmacokinetic figure on this site links to the FDA label or published study it came from, and why compounds without solid human data are labelled as such instead of being presented as fact.
Who writes this
I build Bo, an iOS app for people tracking GLP-1 medications and peptide protocols. I am a software developer, not a clinician. What I can do well is read a drug label carefully, implement the pharmacokinetic maths correctly, and show my sources. What I cannot do is tell you what to take — and these guides never try to.

Where the data comes from
Every half-life and time-to-peak figure comes from one of three places: an FDA-approved drug label, a peer-reviewed human pharmacokinetic study, or a published clinical trial. Each is linked on the page that uses it, so you can check the number yourself rather than take my word for it.
The same constants drive the estimated-levels feature inside the app, so the app and the site cannot quietly disagree.
Editorial rules
- Every number carries its source. If I cannot link it, it does not go on the page.
- Weak evidence is labelled weak. Most research peptides have no FDA label and no full human PK study. Those pages say "limited data" and mean it.
- No efficacy claims. These pages describe how long a compound lasts, not what it does for you.
- Honest limitations, including my own. The app comparison lists where Bo is worse than its competitors, because a comparison that wins every row is worthless.
- Dated and corrected in the open. Pages carry an update date; population averages are described as averages.
What we are not
Bo is a tracking and calculation tool. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, and nothing here is a substitute for your prescriber. Half-lives are population averages — real clearance shifts with kidney function, liver function, body weight and other medication. Decisions about your dose belong with the person who prescribed it.
