Best GLP-1 and peptide tracker apps compared

There is no single best app, because the category splits in two. GLP-1-first apps like Shotsy and MeAgain are built around branded pens and are the largest by far. Peptide-first apps like Bo, PeptidePal, Regimen and OptiPin add the reconstitution math you need for vials you mix yourself. If you take a pen and nothing else, the first group is enough. If you reconstitute anything, or you take a GLP-1 alongside other peptides, the second group is the one that will not fight you.

Which one fits you

You take one branded pen (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound)

Shotsy (4.84★, 28,063 ratings) and MeAgain (4.8★, 25,496 ratings) are the established choices, and their rating volume means the basics are well tested. Neither advertises a reconstitution calculator, which does not matter with a pen.

You want to pay nothing

Injectly and Glippy both advertise no in-app purchases at all, and Injectly still models serum concentration. Lilly Health, from the manufacturer of Mounjaro and Zepbound, is also free.

You reconstitute vials

You need the calculator, so look at Bo, PeptidePal, Pep AI, Regimen or OptiPin. If you also run TRT, OptiPin covers that explicitly.

You take a GLP-1 and other peptides

This is the combination most apps handle badly, and it is worth choosing for deliberately. A GLP-1-first app will not do your mixing math; a peptide-first app often has no food tracking. Bo was built for the overlap, which is the honest reason it exists.

You mainly want calorie tracking

A dedicated calorie app will have a far larger food database. MyFitnessPal now also advertises GLP-1 dose logging and reminders. The trade is depth: general calorie apps do not do reconstitution math, injection-site mapping or estimated levels.

Where Bo fits, and where it doesn't

Bo is the app I build, so treat this section as what it is. The specific case it is designed for is someone reconstituting vials who also wants their food and weight in the same place.

What it does that is genuinely uncommon here: a reconstitution calculator that handles U-100 in all three barrel sizes, U-40 and tuberculin syringes rather than assuming U-100; estimated levels for 38 compounds where every half-life links to its FDA label or published study and the 24 compounds with thin human data are flagged as such; GLP-1-specific food verdicts driven by the medications you actually log; an AI chat you can correct in plain language when it misreads a meal; a tap-anywhere injection body map instead of a fixed zone grid; Lock Screen and Dynamic Island dose countdowns; a free doctor-ready PDF export of your full dose history; and five fully translated languages.

How this was compiled

App names, developers, star ratings and rating counts come from Apple's public lookup API for the US App Store on 27 July 2026, and will drift. Bo's own 4.9 is from the German storefront, where it has the most ratings; on the US storefront it currently shows 5.0 from 3. Bo is a new app, so its rating count is a fraction of the established ones above — read the counts, not just the averages. Feature claims come from each developer's own App Store description and official website, which is why the table records what is advertised rather than what is present.

Prices are deliberately absent. Every app here runs price experiments with several live subscription SKUs at once, so a single figure would be wrong for most readers. Check the current price on each App Store listing. As a rough shape of the market, annual subscriptions in this category mostly sit between $25 and $60, a few apps are free with no purchases at all, and one or two charge a single one-time fee.

I build one of the apps listed here. That is the bias to account for: I have tried to make Bo's row and its limitations section more specific and less flattering than a competitor could write for me, but you should still weigh it accordingly.
