MK-677 half-life & how long it lasts
MK-677 (Ibutamoren) has a half-life of about 24 hours, reaches peak concentration around 1 hours after a dose, and is practically cleared from the body about 5 days (120 hours) after the last dose. Studied in humans but never approved. The ~24-hour half-life is why it is taken once a day.

- Peak is not injection day. Concentration keeps climbing for about 1 hours after the shot, so effects and side effects lag the dose.
